Old-Vine, un-heavy and fresh Northern Rhone Syrah. We know, un-heavy and Syrah usually don't go together but the younger Villa generation prize a wine that is a bit more bistro or apero in style. Chill it down and serve it with some pate en croute or pan-fried tete de veau.
