2019 Max Dexheimer Pinot Noir

Max Dexheimer (a 5th generation winemaker) and his partner, Marika (an Estonian sommelier and entrepreneur who came for the harvest and stayed for love) are farming 10 hectares of estate-owned vineyards in the village of Saulheim, in Rheinhessen, Germany. 

This Pinot Noir comes from 15-25 year-old vines on limestone, bottled unfined and unfiltered, with a tiny addition of SO2.
