Alpine winemaker Jean-Yves Peron is in the Savoie working with traditional varietals as well as negociant grapes from northern Italy. Skin contact is a huge influence for him and you can see a hint of that here in this traditionally crisp, mineral driven, glacial wine that has been briefly on skin contact and aged in large neutral barrels. Floral, crisp and delicious!
