The “Red Light” is Stein’s Pinot Noir “Kabinett Trocken,” which is to say it is about its lightness and cut. Tart red fruits, dried herbs and spices and that Mosel energy and delicate-ness. Stein has an uncommon touch with Mosel reds, especially Pinot Noir.
