NV Kitsukura Taruzake Barrel Aged Honjozo

This is a “TARU” style sake, a process of maturing in small, hand-made cedar barrels for 3-6 months. The resulting character is filled with woody spice with a complementing very soft texture from the water of the Yatsugatake mountains.
