2023 Domaine Jean-Marc & Hugues Pavelot Savigny-Les -Beaune Rouge

Jasper Morris: Fresh purple with a black centre. Immediate power on the nose. Raspberry and cherry at optimum ripeness. Crunchy dark red fruit with a vivid finish, attractive medium density Savigny with considerable length. Looks good, and there is plenty of it – a 20,000 bottle cuvee. Drink from 2028-2032.
