The 2023 Pavelot "La Dominode" is organically farmed Pinot Noir from 2.22 hectares on an east-facing slope of sand and clay in Savigny-lès-Beaune — the flagship premier cru of the domaine, with 45% of vines planted in the 1930s, 30% whole cluster, 12 months in 30% new oak.
