Father and son Jean-Louis and Jean-Christophe Bersan farm 22 hectares in the village of Saint-Bris-le-Vineux — certified organic by Ecocert since 2012, with biodynamic practices layered in over the years — exactly the kind of small, family-driven, well-farmed domaine that lets a place speak for itself.
