A blend of up to 60-year-old Grüner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc, and Furmint — foot-crushed, fermented with native yeast in large barrels, zero sulfur added, unfined, unfiltered. Christian farms his limestone vineyards by horse and invented his own vine-spacing system to keep grapes shaded from increasingly intense sun.
