Beaucastel has been grown organically for the past 50 years! The history of the estate dates back to 1549. All thirteen of the allowed grape varietals are used in this benchmark blend.

Ripe, meaty and dense, with notes of licorice, spice and black fruits, characteristic to the estate there is a refined elegance even with all the saturation. 

A classic pairing for rustic game meats and steaks, you can drink it now but it will evolve for the next 30 years!
