14th generation Wirsching is now run by Andrea Wirsching, with a focus on Sylvaner which makes up 40% of their plantings. 

This is one of the most expressive Silvaner that we have ever tasted, packed tightly with stone fruits, freshly picked thyme and sage, salty minerals and a long lasting acidity and tension. You could enjoy this now or age over the next 20 years!
