The Mistral, named after the gust of wind that blows throw the south of France carries with it scents of "garrigue" which is a bouquet of provencal herbs....thyme, oregano, rosemary. Natural those flavors along with some juicy, dry dark berry fruit find its way into this lovely, unfiltered Rhone red. Pair with some wild boar sausage.
