The second wine of Chateau Haut-Batailley, Verso, is a classic expression of restrained and balanced Pauillac. Not over extracted, but still an intense black fruited and savory Cabernet. Drinking remarkably well at 8 years of age. Pair with a ribeye and some McDonalds french fries.
