According to the outdated classification of 1855 Lynch Bages is considered a 5th growth, according to todays standards a 2nd growth, out of all of the Bordeaux estates - the highest change of status. 

The critics and collectors all love Lynch Bages as do we - classic Bordeaux profile but what separates the wine for us is the freshness and elegance, thanks to the limestone soils!
