Dolcetto is the “everyday” wine of Piedmonte. Produced from vines planted in 1960, using native yeasts, minimal sulphur and aging in large Slovenian oak barrels.
Vinous, sappy fruit flavors of strawberry and blackberries with hints of almonds on the finish. This can be matched with all fare, from afternoon charcuterie to roast chicken, burgers or pastas, this wine deserves to be a pantry staple.
