Malagousia is a nearly extinct Greek aromatic grape varietal, somewhat akin to a Chardonnay or Viognier, it soars from the glass with ripe stonefruits, citrus and a softer luxurious texture. An ideal pairing for grilled fish, Chinese and spicy Thai.
