Riccardo Zanotto calls himself more tailor than farmer — he sources from trusted growers and his own family vines across the Veneto, cutting his wines to the old patterns: ancestral-method sparklers, frizzante, and DOCG Prosecco.
The Rosso Col Fondo is his red take on the farmhouse tradition: Cabernet Franc refermented in the bottle and left un-disgorged on its lees, cloudy and alive. Expect pomegranate, dark cherry, and a flicker of leather under a gentle, joyful fizz. This is osteria wine in the best sense — uncomplicated, exuberant, and built for the table.
