This 100% Sangiovese has the hallmark qualities we find so appealing in the grape: perfumey scents of dried leaves, herbs, and tart red berries. On the palate the wine doesn't weigh heavy, but glides. Not too much tannin but just enough to chew on. Pair with chicken cutlets and watch everyone at the table smile from ear to ear. The founder's daughter is now running the show at this soulful winery.
