A lovely red fruited and pink hued bubbly with a tightly coiled freshness and purity. It is fermented and aged in stainless steel giving this wine, in our opinion, very pure fruited aromatics and snap of acid on the palate. If Lou Reed were to drink Champagne, we think this would be his style. Slightly irreverent but with a classic streak.
