Fishwife Anchovies

Anchovies caught in the Cantabrian Sea in Europe's first and only MSC-Certified sustainable anchovy fishery. They're an excellent salty hit to your favorite pasta sauces, salad dressings or anything needing a little something extra.

One of our favorites is pasta puttanesca which starts with dissolving some anchovies in butter and using these beauties adds a powerful and savory dimension to the dish.

Pair with a well decanted Aglianico from Giardano.
