This may be a humble village level Chablis but it comes from 50-70 year old vines and is savagely mineral with an intense citrus peel core. This rivals many producers premier cru bottlings.  It only comes once a year so don’t hold your breath…

Chill it down and get to shucking some oysters. It’s the first  “R” month so get after it already!
