Golden and luminous in the glass, it opens with aromas of ripe pear, raw almond, and a fresh hint of citrus, carried by fine, lively bubbles and a crisp, dry finish. The wine is a collaboration between seventh-generation vigneron Sébastien Bobinet, his partner and winemaker Émeline Calvez, and their longtime friend Bruno Richard — three kindred spirits who launched the Summertime sparkling project in 2021 with a simple rule: organic fruit, zero additions, nothing but joy in the bottle. The name comes from a beloved 1970s French chanson:\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem\u003e\"Le temps est bon, le ciel est bleu, nous n'avons rien à faire, rien que d'être heureux\"\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e— the weather is fine, the sky is blue, we have nothing to do but be happy.
