The higher-level Prädikats from Wei-Kü are delicious and rare. There is a tiny bit of the stellar Ellergrub Spätlese; you can taste the love that Wei-Kü has for this genre.
2024 might be the absolute platonic ideal of Spätlese in the Mosel, too cold for botrytis, building an incredibly light and elegant wine in this vintage. 65g of RS and 8g of acidity and only 300L made. Of course deeper exotic fruits here but finishing with focus and a lick of minerality that wipes the palate clean.
