This is the ripest of the Weiser-Künstler Kabinett, harvested at 85° Oechsle. There is a lot of intensity here although remaining fresh, aromatics are a quite smoky and herbal nose of licorice, aniseed, minty herbs, black tea, wet stone, flintstone, and plum. Pairs quite well with Pork Roast with Rahmsoße, or Rahm Sauce (essentially mushroom gravy).
