A light, dry and chillable bottling of organic Beaujolais in a liter-sized bottle. Charming notes of puréed strawberry and raspberry that pair well with fresh summer vegetables and grilled chicken. Affordable Gamay as it ought to be, healthy grapes without chemical dressing. Time to drink some Beaujolais.
Olivier Minot is the winemaker at Domaine des Charbonnieres in southern Beaujolais. The grapes are farmed organically and the wines are vinified native yeast and bottled without any filtering or fining. This wine was made especially for Selection Massale and only available for a brief part of the year each vintage.
