Geneviève and Gilles Azam make lovely wines from organically farmed fruit. Panorama Blanc is Chardonnay blended with some Mauzac and comes from vineyards planted approximately 400m above sea level in the in the Haute Vallée de l'Aude. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged for six months in tank before bottling, it is a superb wine for the price, with delicious apple fruit and a Chablis-like minerality. A perfectly crafted natural wine.
