2023 Le Petit Domaine de Gimios Rosé de Novembre

A truly and completely natural wine, made without sulfites at any point and fermented slowly with native yeasts. The vineyards are biodynamically managed and overseen by the same mother and son team that also makes the wine. Their passion is Muscat which you’d normally find as a white wine, this sparkler is made from a variety of Muscat that has a pink flesh making this a rose. Bombastically flavorful with many notes of citrus peels, red fruits like blood orange and pomegranate and savory mineral and herbal notes of purple flowers and rocks. Really wild stuff, for the adventurous palate.
