A great "natural wine" mastered by Gut Oggau. A firm, spicy yet refreshing wine made without any sulfur or additions. But this isn't a fragile wine that will disintegrate but rather a fortress that can be open for days while only getting more complex and delish. Pair with a warm bowl of goulash.
