Himmel auf Erden Rosé is cabernet Franc from the highest vineyards Christian owns. Picking the grapes over 5 different harvest days in order to show off “the whole aromatic spectrum,” we couldn't agree more. Low intervention, complex and wildly fun to drink, you've never had anything like it....promise!
