2022 Sylvain Pataille Bourgogne Aligoté Les Champ Forey

This is one of Sylvain’s smallest parcel productions of Aligoté. Only 75 cases are made each year, from vines planted between 1932-1961. This parcel of Aligoté is a nominal .75 acres, which is basically the size of a Brooklyn backyard.

Aged in used barrels for one year with minimal sulfites added at bottling.
