2nd generation winemakers, Antoine and Laurence Joly are farming organically in the Southern Rhône. What really separates them though, is the intentionality to produce wines with freshness and a light touch. A breath of fresh air in a region that is often known for its heavy-handed alcohol levels.
Tasting this we are transported to a French cafe, contemplating such a purely fruited, delicate wine bursting with joy and slowing the speed of the world around us.
