One of Emrich's great vineyards, Fruhlingsplatzchen, is one you can open with joy while young.
It is not as powerful, tightly wound, and brooding as the Halenberg. This is the Nahe, but there is a Moselle-like delicacy to this wine. Drink it young when it is snappy, spritzy, and light on its feet.
