This is the furthest thing away from industrial Provence rose. The Rougher family has had this property in their family for 200 f'ing years! Wowza.
Their techniques are timeless and historically rich: manual harvest, a warm native yeast fermentation, long aging in barrel and bottle. A less is more approach.
What's the result? A " rose" like no other: saturated, savory, spicy, and complex.
