Ana Maria Cumsille’s wines were love at first sip for us. The more we looked into them the more we loved them, woman owned, old vines, single varietals, small production - less than 2400 bottles produced of this Cinsault! There is a thread through all of her wines that compelled us, not the typical Chilean green pepper thing, it was herbal, minty? We are open to suggestions.
The Cinsault is filled with beautiful red fruits, spice and that herby thing. A fun pairing with Thai green curry.
