A lovely expression of Falanghina grown on volcanic soils in Campania....home to the greatest tomatoes on earth and also historically rich vineyards and grapes. Falanghina being one of them, makes medium bodied perfumey whites, softly textured and best served extra cold with a beautiful bowl of bucatini, tomatoes, and basil.
Fun fact, along with his vines, winemaker Rafaelle operates a successful rabbit farm. For years this was his primary source of income. So, if braised rabbit is your thing, pair it with his wines!
