2021 Gorghi Tondi "Dume" Frappato

We call Frapatto, an indigenous Sicilian red grape variety, the Beaujolais of Italy. While that's an accurate elevator pitch, Frapatto also has a violet, floral dimension unique to itself. This is a red wine with the feathery lightness of a white wine and a perfect candidate to be chilled and paired with burgers, hot dogs, pizza, pasta yada yada yada.
