2021 Giulia Negri Nebbiolo Pian Delle Mole

Giulia, the Barologirl, took over her family estate at the age of 24! Armed with experiences in Burgundy and elsewhere, she was up to the task to continue the 150-year lineage that her grape growing family has in the region. Thanks to cooler vineyard spots and her deft touch, these are fiercely elegant expressions of Nebbiolo. Don't expect a lot of extraction or tannin here. If you love elegant Burgundies from Volnay or Santennay, these are Barolos for you! 

This Langhe Nebbiolo is a nice entry point into the hauntingly elegant style of reds that Giulia makes. Fragrant, firm, and fresh.
