Manzoni Bianco was developed in the 1920's to resist pest and disease attacks in the vineyard, this new varietal a cross between Riesling and Pinot Blanc proved to be very successful and adaptable in the Dolomites. The aromas of dried apricots, white flowers with a crisp and dry mineral finish that sings with Mediterranean cuisine in blazing heat of summer.
