The Matrot sisters are crafting taut, slightly reductive Meursault. With the climate warming up, cooler places like burgundy are finding it harder to make balance, structured, firm wines. Matrot is bucking that trend and styling very elegant white Burgs. Pair with Chicken and Morels and mashed potatoes.
