Vezelay often yields white Burgs a bit more taut and chiseled than those of the Cote D'Or. 2020 however, was a warm year, producing riper, more textural whites. A deviation from a more "classic" profile, we love this vintage for its intensity, power, and richness of flavor.
Pair with a warm bowl of New England Clam Chowder and a binge worthy series.
