2020 Domaine de la Chevalerie Diptyque "Franco de Porc" Bourgeuil

This little-known domaine makes some of the best Cabernet Franc wines in the world.

Since 1640 this domaine has been in the Caslot family. Thirteen generations have passed and the adventure continues today with siblings Laurie and Emmanuel Caslot, who run the magnificent 33-hectare estate. 

In 2008, Chevalerie received its first certification, and in 2012 it received Demeter certification for biodynamic farming.

"Diptyque" is ancient Greece refers to two panels linked together. In painting, this is two panels linked; in music, an oeuvre in two parts. Here, with wine, it is a cuvée made with sun and soil.
