Whole cluster macerated and fermented before pressing. Aged in a 700 liter concrete egg for 22 months before bottling. We love how concrete eggs showcase the acidity of Pinot Noir wines.

 

Fresh juicy fruited raspberry with espresso undertones. Pair with the classic David Cronenberg sci fi film, “The Fly.”
